There are six basic types of Teflon™ Industrial coatings , PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, Teflon ONE COAT and Teflon DRY Lubricant. As mentioned on previous notes, We are currently capable of applying Teflon™ coating on metals materials such as : Stainless steel, Carbon Steel, Brass, Aluminum, Magnesiun and any Steel alloys.
We are using Dupont products now owned by Chemours. We have both water-based liquid Teflon™ coating as well as Powder forms. Based on the application we will determine which type will be most suitable. Some customers already know the type of Teflon™ coating required for their applications.
